Registering for CITI Training

  • Go to the link below to register for a CITI account:

  • Under Organization Affiliation, enter "Hanover" and select "Hanover College".
    • Click the two boxes and then "Create a CITI Program account".
    • Enter the necessary information to create an account.
  • You don't need to add any extra classes.  Your Hanover affiliation will automatically set you up with access to the necessary courses.
  • Log in using your new credentials. The main page should have "Institutional Courses" with Hanover listed below it.  Click "View Courses".
    • Complete the Social & Behavioral Research course.

Instructions for Saving or Printing CITI Completion Reports

  • Under the heading, "Institutional Courses", you should see "Hanover College".  Click the "View Courses" button.
  • Under the "Completed Courses" heading, you should see "Social & Behavioral Research".
    • Click "View - Print - Share Record"
  • Under "Completion Certificate", select "View / Print"
    • A .pdf file of your completion certificate should open in a new window.
  •  Click the printer button in the top right-hand corner
    • Under "Destination", select "Save as PDF"
    • Name the file (e.g. LastName CITI Certificate)
    • Select the location (e.g. Desktop) where you would like to save the file
    • Click "Save"
